Pavithra Consulting Inc began focused on pharmacy services for the retail setting. Soon we grew to include clinical support, insurance analysis, process expertise, software development, and more.
Pavithra Ravinatarajan is a practicing pharmacist in Ontario with 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience. She brings with her industry experience in long term care, specialty pharmacy, retail pharmacy, and technology/ innovation. She has worked for two of the largest Canadian pharmacy retailers Shoppers Drug Mart Ltd. and Rexall Pharmacy Ltd. By understanding the unique experience pharmacists provide patients she has practiced and supported innovation and full scope of practice in the profession. Pavithra has an understanding of the healthcare system, insurance reimbursement, Drug Plan Design and Market Access in Europe and North America. Her strengths include innovation, business development, and process efficiency.
